“As Learning Chair, I recently had the challenge of hosting a virtual event for over 140 members and their partners for EO Toronto. This was something we would have normally done in person, but as things had to go virtual due to COVID, I turned to Massimo and his team. Not only did every member receive a 5-course meal to their house with heating instructions, but also Massimo co-hosted throughout the evening sharing his expertise and knowledge about the regions and heritage of the various dishes of our meal and this added even more flavour to an already delicious meal. The food was fantastic, and I received countless “thank you’s” from members saying how much they enjoyed the evening and appreciated Massimo’s participation in the festivities. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone who is looking for a delicious culinary experience to share with important guests.”
